The experience at Chelmsford Audi was good because staff such a nice and supportive team working.

My experience at Chelmsford Audi was positive because Tarik was so helpful. He made the whole process a very pleasant and exciting experience. I am very happy with my new car.

I would not recommend Chelmsford Audi because when I was speaking to the dealership I felt really uncomfortable. The sales team was very pushy and make a comment about the amount I could afford. When I was about to leave I could tell the sales man was annoyed that the sale didn’t go to plan. I then paid the money and got the car sent down. When I saw the car there was a lot of scratches to it and when I informed the salesman of this I was told “well it is a second hand car!”. We was informed that because we hadn’t signed the finance agreement we couldn’t take the car. We understood this. We informed them that their APR rate is really high to then to told “well we can’t do anything about that”. The salesman was professional at the first meeting but become very pushy and unprofessional due to us not going with the car.
